Happy Father's Day!

Image
Men play a very special role in our life and in Men I’ll particularly say Fathers. Because they are the first men in our lives. It can be a great relationship with fathers or it can be a silent relationship. No matter how harsh they will be on you, you can never stop loving them.  Everyone goes through some kind of sacrifices and that teaches us what we are capable of. But that doesn’t mean life stops working. I have seen my father sacrificing everything for me and still he lives with joy. That's what makes me strong and want to love and live this life more. I can never thank you enough for what you have given me in this entire eternity. Though we fight a lot but then we gel up as well after 5 minutes. You are my first friend and I am thankful to god for giving me such a lovely friend. A friend who is truly my hero, may not be for other people. But for me you are and you deserve all the happiness. Happy Father's Day Dad Love you the most

My Lockdown Expedition!

Image
The day I reached back to my flat from the airport, was the day lockdown implemented for a day. Afterwards, the Prime Minister announced a lockdown for the next 21 days to be executed from 25th March, 2020 onwards and later it was extended till 31st May,2020.   Since 2017, I started living independently, hence living alone for me was not a difficult task. I had to quarantine for the next 14 days as per the protocol and I followed the same. On the first day, Ravi (my best friend) bought some groceries early in the morning and kept it outside of my flat. Initially, whenever he went for the grocery shopping, he bought some for me as well and always kept it at the same place. Later on a grocery store downstairs started the home delivery service. So, I just used to call them and they delivered the things which I ordered within an hour, which was quite convenient.            I was occupied during the day with my office work and in the evening I used to do ...

Celebrated Birthday in Quarantined Space

Image
In my previous blog I shared my experience of travelling internationally during pandemic. In this blog I will share about my experience of how I celebrated my birthday alone in the lockdown. For me birthdays are one of the most special days of my life. I believe that it's “The Day” when we came into this world and our existence can not be celebrated without this day. That’s why I love to celebrate in the best possible way. I Hope you guys will like it! 😊     I was quarantined for 14 days and on day 9th was my birthday which is 30th of March . Due to the lockdown and quarantine, I could not meet anyone. So, I thought rather than sitting alone and feeling low, let's celebrate this birthday in my own style. I didn’t have a microwave, but I had an Air fryer. Hence, I googled some recipes of cake which could be easily made in the Air fryer. I noted down all the ingredients and ordered from the grocery store, which was downstairs.    They delivered everything within an ho...

It’s been more than a year since the entire world is suffering from a virus which is popularly known as Covid-19. The Virus was first found in the city of Wuhan, which is situated in the country China. Since that day it has spread widely all around the world and many people have lost their loved ones as well. In this blog, I am going to talk about my first experience of travelling abroad. Hope you will like it!                         India confirmed its first Covid-19 case on 27th January, 202 0 in Kerala and currently there are over 2.3 crores cases here and over 16 crores cases globally. During the month of February and March of 2020 the cases were few and the government started taking prompt actions for the safety of the public. I had to go to Vietnam on 13th March, 2020 due to some reasons and my date of arriving back to India was 22nd March, 2020. The moment I landed there, the government of Vietnam announ...

First Solo Trip

Image
“I hope the fathers and mothers of little girls will look at them and say ‘yes, women can.'” – Dilma Rousseff Yes, every Woman can. One of the best decisions I took was to travel SOLO. I chose to travel solo on my Birthday🎂. How it started? In the month of February, 2019 something terrible happened and which led me into a depression. I didn’t go to the office straight for a week, stopped talking to everyone including my family and friends and the worst part was I started smoking a pack of cigarettes everyday. I was on my worst behavior during that time. After that I went back to my home for a month in March and was working from home. Since my birthday comes in the month of March and I never like to celebrate it in a cliché way. Since, I love travelling and tried to travel once in every quarter before pandemic. Therefore, I was Planning a trip but this time all alone.                I moved to Delhi for...
